(1) Performance of contracts (including joint guarantee contracts) related to real estate transactions such as sales, leases, brokerage, and management; provision of information and services.

(2) Introducing properties, communicating application results, conducting credit inquiries with credit reporting agencies, concluding and performing lease agreements, contract management, post-contract management, and providing after-sales services.
(3) Marketing activities such as sending materials, making phone calls, or sending emails to introduce our other real estate properties and services, requesting participation in surveys, and conducting customer trend analysis or research analysis.
(4) Provision to third parties within the necessary scope to achieve the purposes of use stated in (1), (2), and (3) above.

6.Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

(1) Personal information held by our company may be provided to the following parties via written documents, mailings, telephone, fax, websites, email advertising media, etc. Note that, in principle, information and services will only be provided upon obtaining the customer’s consent.

② Other real estate brokers and real estate companies
③ Designated Real Estate Information Networks, entities/organizations/advertising companies providing property information in writing or via the internet
④ Financial institutions involved in financing, judicial scriveners handling registration, other professionals, affiliated non-life insurance companies, guarantee companies

⑤ Construction companies, equipment sales companies, moving companies, and other businesses providing lifestyle-related services
(2) When providing real estate property information to third parties (advertising)
① Real estate information used for advertising includes property type, location, price, transportation access, land and building area, floor plan, facilities, photos, and maps. It does not include the names of sellers, buyers, landlords, or tenants.

② It is provided directly or indirectly (including when other real estate companies advertise with our consent) to contracting parties and prospective buyers/tenants through advertising media such as registration with designated real estate information organizations, the internet, real estate magazines, and flyers.
③ Upon contract completion, the date and transaction price are notified to the designated real estate information organization, and advertising is discontinued. Furthermore, transaction information may be aggregated, processed, or analyzed by the designated distribution organization or private advertising media owners and used as reference material for price assessments in other transactions.
(3) Personal information may be provided to third parties without prior consent in the following cases:
① When required by law.
② When necessary to protect human life, body, or property, and obtaining the customer’s consent is difficult.

③ When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children, and obtaining the customer’s consent is difficult.
④ When cooperation is necessary for a national agency, local government, or their entrusted party to perform duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the customer’s consent may hinder the performance of such duties.
