こんにちは。 本日は、今帰仁 古民家宿「Blue Zone Harmony Village OKINAWA 青の里」キッチンに、エナジック社製の還元水が蛇口から飲める設備LeveLukK8を設置致しましたのでご紹介致します。
還元水とは、一般的にアルカリイオン水と言われているもので、水道水を電気分解する設備を設置することで、還元水を生成し、飲料水として美味しく頂けます。ですので、青の里では、ペットボトルの飲料水を買い込んで持ち込みする必要はございません。飲料以外では、料理で使用するお水として、泡盛や焼酎、ウイスキー等の水割りのお水、炊飯のお水として使用頂くことで、美味しく頂くことができます。「 Blue Zone Harmony Village OKINAWA 青の里」は健康長寿のライフスタイルを体験する宿をコンセプトにしており、健康で美味しい水は、健康なライフスタイルの基本だと思い、導入させて頂きました。どうぞ宿でお確かめください。
通常は、紫色のPH9.5のボタンを押して機械の上側の大きいホースからでてくる還元水を飲料用や料理用としてお使いください。
また、オレンジ色のPH2.5のボタンを押して蛇口をひねると、強酸性水（機械の下側の小さなホースから出てきます）が出てきて、食材や食器、調理器具が洗え、除菌が期待できます。※飲料はできません。
ゴールド色のPH6.0のボタンを押すと機械の上側の大きいホースから酸性美容水が出てきます。洗顔後、使用するとお肌の引き締め効果が期待できます。この酸性水でテーブルを拭いたり、食器を洗うときれいになりやすいです。機械の使い方については、キッチン蛇口に使用方法が書かれていますのでご確認してお使いください。

Installation of Alkaline Ionized Water System at Blue Zone Harmony Village OKINAWA Aonosato
Hello,
Today, we are pleased to introduce a new feature in the kitchen at Blue Zone Harmony Village OKINAWA Aonosato, our traditional Okinawan house stay in Nakijin.
We have installed the Leveluk K8 water system, which allows guests to enjoy alkaline ionized water directly from the kitchen tap.
Alkaline ionized water is produced by electrolysis of regular tap water and is commonly known in Japan as reduced water. It is widely appreciated for its clean and refreshing taste.
At Aonosato, guests no longer need to bring bottled drinking water during their stay. The water can be used not only for drinking, but also for cooking, preparing rice, and mixing with beverages such as awamori, shochu, or whisky.
Our concept at Blue Zone Harmony Village OKINAWA Aonosato is to offer a stay inspired by Okinawa’s longevity lifestyle. We believe that clean and enjoyable water is one of the essential elements supporting a healthy daily life, which is why we introduced this system for our guests.
How to Use the Water Modes
Purple button (pH 9.5)
Recommended for drinking and cooking.
Water comes from the upper hose of the machine.
Orange button (pH 2.5)
Produces strong acidic water from the lower hose.
Suitable for washing ingredients, dishes, and kitchen utensils.
Not for drinking.
Gold button (pH 6.0)
Produces mildly acidic beauty water from the upper hose.
Often used after washing the face to refresh the skin.
It can also be used for cleaning tables or washing dishes.
Instructions for operating the system are provided near the kitchen faucet, so please feel free to check them during your stay.
